Las Vegas Aces vs Chicago Sky

The Las Vegas Aces swept the Chicago Sky 2-0 in the 2023 WNBA Playoffs First Round. In Game 1, the Aces dominated at home, defeating the Sky 87-59, a commanding 28-point victory that set the tone for the series. Las Vegas carried that momentum into Game 2, again playing on their home floor, and posted another lopsided win, defeating Chicago 92-70. The Sky were unable to find an answer for the Aces across either contest, as Las Vegas outscored Chicago by a combined margin of 50 points over the two games. With both games played in Las Vegas, the Aces controlled the series from start to finish, never trailing in the results and closing out the matchup in efficient fashion. The sweep advanced Las Vegas out of the First Round of the 2023 playoffs, ending Chicago's postseason run at the earliest stage of the bracket.
