Atlanta Dream vs Indiana Fever

The Indiana Fever defeated the Atlanta Dream 2-1 to win their First Round playoff series in 2025. Atlanta took Game 1 at home 80-68, but Indiana responded in Game 2 with a 77-60 road win to even the series and shift momentum heading into the decisive contest. The Fever then closed out the series with an 87-85 victory in Game 3, played in Atlanta, edging the Dream by just two points in the closest game of the series. That narrow margin capped a back-and-forth set that saw each team win exactly one game on the road, with the deciding game proving far tighter than either of the first two contests. This series result advances Indiana out of the First Round of the 2025 playoffs, while Atlanta's postseason run comes to an end after the three-game set. The series illustrated how quickly momentum shifted between the two teams from game to game, with no team winning by more than the 17-point margin Indiana posted in Game 2.
